Do white privilege and/or white supremacy shape the lives of Americans today? How?

this is my friend one use it for the comment 1) White Privilege: A term used to characterize the hard working middle-class white Americans for their success compared to other races. It can also be considered the "upper leg"  whites are given for being white. 2) White supremacy: a group of white Americans who believe they are better than other races simply because they are white. This often leads to discrimination where these groups go extreme and try to force other races into submission. 3) Provide an example of each, if different: In terms of examples white privileged would be something like a white sounding name being chosen rather than a black sounding name. White privilege is being given an advantage because you are white.An example of white supremacy, is the aggressive acts of a white person attempting to subjugate another race simply because they are white. White supremacy is a persons belief that they are the better "race" simply because they are white. 4) Do white privilege and/or white supremacy shape the lives of Americans today? How?Yes both White privilege and Supremacy shape the lives of Americans today. White supremacy is just a group of people who are too self conscious about themselves and their contribution to society. Therefore, they are aggressive and cruel to other people, both of other races and their own, as a way to manifest their desire to be better. Its an awful way to boost someones ego. Not only does it hurt the white reputation but it also physically hurts other people of other races. But, when it comes to white privilege I think the harm being done is to the white person. Just like White supremacy, white privilege is used by minorities to push off their insecurities and unsuccessful endeavors as something the "white man" caused.I work 40 hours a week, get no financial aid, I am a 20 year old women, I volunteer at hospitals and love children. Many days I come home exhausted. I do my best in school but there are days when im depressed and stressed and cry to try and keep myself sane. Yet I keep moving forward. And one day when im a doctor, my story won't be looked at for all of the challenges and hardships I overcame. No my story will be about my "white privilege" and how all of these non-existent things were given to me. All because other people who are "victimized" by politicians for their vote, decide that there was no hard work involved in my career. That it was because I am white. That seems ridiculous. I think this term "white privilege" is used to subjugate minorities by politicians. That rather than inspiring people to rise up, work harder, and do better they should just blame others for their problems. That way politicians can swoop in with some imaginary solution to obtain votes. And its destroying our society. When you trip and fall over you dont stay on the ground. You get up. Your more carful. Your more observant. Its time our society got up.
