Suppose growth of a population P (t), with t representing time in days, is modelled by the logistic equation dP/dt=1/20p(10-P) with P(0)=P0=1.

(a) Show that the maximum growth rate, dP/dt, occurs when P = 5.

(b) Use the solution to the logistic equation to find the time t at which this maximum occurs.
