She didn't plan to return to South Carolina and had been interested in selling the land ever since she inherited it in 1996. In over two years, she had never found the time to list the property or otherwise arrange for its sale. One day, she decided to contact the Campbells to see whether they would be interested in buying it, since they already leased the property and their familiarity with it would simplify the transaction. Otherwise, the facts remained the same. Should this change in facts affect the result in the case?
