The care plan states the following:

1. Mrs. Benson is complete bed rest, and requires assistance moving from bed to wheelchair

2. She is allergic to peanuts

3. She has memory loss - needs frequent reminders

4. She has worked all her life and was extremely sad when she had to retire from her role as a librarian

5. She has one son, who lives in Germany, who does not contact Mrs. Benson often.
