Imagine that your home country business of factory built modular houses is expanding into the international market. These houses are built in a factory in your home country to different design specifications but they are not bespoke to each customer. The wooden framed houses are shipped in a container and then transported to the buyers by road. When the houses arrive, a local team of builders contracted by your company will assemble the house for the customer.
