Select a single piece of Media ( al or fictional media (i.e., news report, documentary, feature-length film, episode of television series, podcast, etc.) which addresses an ethical topic pertaining to the operation of a for-profit business organization. This ethics topic will serve as for your essay.

Examples include, but are not limited to: employee diversity issues; employee discrimination issues; supply chain issues; environmental impact issues; CEO compensation / income inequality / pay-gap issues; worker benefit policy issues; intellectual property theft; technology (AI, genetic engineering); consumer rights & protection issues; corporate social responsibility policies; sustainability issues; child-labor issues, etc. 2. In your essay, be sure to briefly describe any important details, characteristics, and background information as to your selected Media (i.e., what type of news publication, history of television series, etc.). 3. Identify and briefly introduce the primary applicable existing laws or regulations which govern or regulate your selected issue (if your selected Media is fictional, identify which primary law(s) would be applicable). 4. By applying your personal ethical lens perspective (i.e., the "Ethics Game" results) to explain whether or not the action of the business entity featured in your selected Media is ethical. Explain why. Be specific in your reply. You may not merely identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business entity's action, but rather take an informed position as to whether or not such approach / practice(s) from the position of your ethical lens. *When discussing your chosen issue, please mention also / identify the primary ethical values implicated by the issue. To illustrate: if the issue is a business' use of surveillance technology to monitor employee productivity at work, some ethical values implicated include fairness and the right to or respect of privacy.
