Think about all of the ads you've seen for supplements (think pills, powders, drink mixes, shakes, "research chemicals," etc.), revolutionary diets, exercise programs guaranteed to work, so on and so on. If you spend any amount of time watching TV, or reels on Instagram, or TikTok videos, chances are you've seen at least a few such ads.
In this discussion, explain one such advertisement that you've seen (and remember). If you can find a YouTube link to that advertisement, that would be even better. Once you've described your ad, say whether or not you think that product/diet/program works, and why you think so.
This isn't a gotcha-type exercise where I'm going to come in and cut down your reasoning with ScienceTM, I just want to see why you think what you do. And finally, describe to me what you think the best exercise program is and why.
