Your company has hired a new Director of Clinical Services and your VP has asked you to provide a guide on "Supervisor Laws & HIPAA" to assist the new director. You have a diverse work center that is comprised of 28 employees. Since you work with clinical information as well as manage a large department, you want to provide a "Reference Guide" to assist the new director. He or she will need a transition period and your legal department is always willing to help, however your new director will need to be familiar with these two areas (Supervisor Laws & HIPAA) in order to be effective.
