For this assignment, you will be writing and APA formatted paper that will be a summary of the two assessments that you took as well as your assessment of their validity. Your APA paper will have to have a Title Page and answer all of the following prompts below listed for each of the two assessments you will have completed.

Take the Holland Interest Survey, then address the following questions:

  1. What was your career type?
  2. What type careers were associated with this type of career type?
  3. Are any of them remotely close to what you are considering for a future career?
  4. Identify your scores for each of the six areas in the Holland interest survey.
  5. Do you agree with these scores? Why or why not?

Take the Color Q Personality Assessment, then address the following questions: 

  1. What is your primary color, backup color, and Extrovert/Introvert (ex.Green/Gold Extrovert)
  2. Find your primary color style from this text and provide a summary of your specific Color Q profile in yo ur own words: Give examples(primary/backup & introvert/extrovert)
  3. Greens
  4. Reds
  5. Blues
  6. Golds
  7. Is the Color Q Personality Assessment an accurate representation of your personality? Why or why not?

Closing question to be addressed as the conclusion:

  1. What role does taking the Holland Interest Survey and Color Q Personality Assessment play in your personal branding and career search?
  2. After reviewing the Managing Your Career Lynda.com module; How can you leverage this knowledge to increase your chances of landing your dream job?
