Matthew Sienbenhhar is a 29-year-old Caucasian male who resides in South Bend Indiana with his wife and two older children Savanah and Michael Sienbenhaar. Married since 2015.

Matthew was born to Stewart and Michelle Sienbenhhar. His childhood home was outside of Rochester Indiana in Culver Indiana small town. Matthew has 5 siblings, Nelson Sienbenhhar (33), Johhantaon Sienbenhaar deceased) cause of death unknown, Amanda Sienbenhaar (27), Zack Sienbenhhar (25), Sarah Sienbenhaar (23). Relationships, with siblings, are "okay" Matthew was closest with Amanda.

Matthew reports he is the one that his sibling comes to when there is a problem. Matthew, reports his relationship with his parents has always been good. However, reports his father worked a lot. Megan reports that her other two children are not vaccinated for immunizations and have not seen an eye doctor or dentist.Matthew reported his youngest daughter Melissa was removed from care due to DCS involvement for neglect. Megan stated her youngest daughter Melisa was diagnosed with failure to thrive at the age of seven months.

Matthew reports no physical health concerns. Matthew reports he and his wife Megan have missed several of his daughter Melissa's doctor's appointments due to transportation issues. Melissa was born at 31 weeks and has a history of failure to thrive. Melissa receives Physical and occupational and speech services due to her developmental delay. Matthew's daughter Savanah received one vaccination at 10 months, no other vacations were reported received. Matthew reports to his knowledge, his older children are not up-to-date on vaccinations and have not seen an eye doctor or dentist in years.

Matthew reports no mental health concerns. However, showed Matthew who is well groomed and appeared his stated age. There is no clinical evidence of psychomotor disturbance. He was able to maintain adequate eye contact. His speech was low and soft. He described his mood as normal. Objectively, his mood was euthymic. His affect is blunted, There were no clinical features of affective or psychotic illness. His behavior is appropriate Matthew reported losing his oldest daughter Hope passed away due to medical condition rare brain condition, when asked how did that make him feel he stated it "happens."Culver Community High School in Culver Indiana Matthew dropped out of school at the age of 18, he was short one credit of graduating his senior and did not want to go back another year to complete the credit.
