You have been recognized by your manager as a bright employee and excellent communicator. Your manager has asked you to research a topic in your profession. You have found an informative article that you believe will be interesting and useful to your coworkers.

Write a memo to your manager at work (create a manager name) summarizing one peer reviewed article from your annotated bibliography. Your purpose is to inform your manager about the article and its usefulness to your colleagues. You will persuade him or her to let you share this information at a company meeting.
