You will use the ChooseMyPlate website. Explore each food group of the MyPlate, and read corresponding "tips". Then use SuperTracker and set up a free profile and enter 1 days' worth of food and beverage consumption as well as physical activity.
Then under MyReports, run a "Food Groups & Calories" and a "Nutrients" report, save as pdf and submit with a corresponding word doc answering the following questions:
