ABSTRACT:

summarize what the article is about.

Choose an article from an allied health journal (professional journal, a medical journal, or a nursing magazine) on a topic that pertains to documentation, or the medical record; emergency room documentation, for example. The article in the journal should be at least three pages. Read it once, making notes. Then re-read the article, and explain a summary .

The abstract should not be longer than one page. It must be typed double space, using "Word" program. A copy of the article must be attached to the abstract. Must include separate titl page.

Each abstract is worth 100 points:

Be sure not to copy I will read the article and compare it to your abstract. If more than four words in a row match the article, except for proper names, I will return the abstract to you without grading it.
