Case Study: For this part, you are all a part of a community coalition. The task of the coalition is to prioritize the communities/health-related goals submitted based on need. In the CLC forum, negotiate and prioritize the order in which the communities/health-related goals should be addressed. As you rank these, determine which is most critical and should be addressed first. The community/ health-related goal deemed most critical by the group will be the topic you will use for this assignment.

Questions: In 500+ words, describe the community and health-related goal selected and propose an intervention that can be implemented at the community level. Include following:

Provide a summary of each group member's community/culture and the health-related goal.
Summarize the negotiation and prioritization process your group used to rank the communities/health-related goals presented by the members of the group to rank the communities based on critical need, and to determine which would be the focus of the intervention for the CLC project.
Provide background information on the community/culture, causes of health inequity and the health-related goal selected by the group. Describe how an intervention can be implemented for the community using the health-related goal.
Using the "Objectives" tab, select three objectives associated with the goal and list them.
Describe the target population for your intervention and justify selection of this population.
Propose an intervention for the target population. Describe the purpose and intended outcomes for the intervention.
Outline the basic principles or tools needed that must be considered for a resource management plan.
Identify cultural facilitators, such as community leaders, organizations, social networks, etc., that could assist with addressing the goal and implementing the intervention.
List three challenges, related to cultural differences or the public health issue, that might be encountered when working in this community or culture to address its public health needs.
