Create an action plan that describes an innovative idea advocating for macro-level change for a local social problem as if you were a social worker addressing community leaders. Whether your action plan is in the form of a report or slide presentation, include the following section/slide headings and content:
Include the title of the action plan (CASA improvement of multi-county jurisdiction for abused and neglected children), the course title, your name, your faculty member's name, and the date.

Key Advocacy Organization: Identify the key organization(s) involved with the local social problem. Describe the mission, goals, and business structure (from the organizational chart) of the founding organization advocating for this social problem in your area.
Network and Roles Involved in Action Plan: Summarize who is in the network of organizations serving the community affected by this social problem, their roles in your action plan, and how they're connected.
Organizational Chart of Action Plan Participants: Draw an organizational chart or diagram that shows the network of agencies and individuals involved in your action plan.
Individuals Affected by Proposed Change: Use a chart, graph, or diagram to show the estimated number of individuals affected by your proposed action plan.
Financial Costs of Proposed Change: Use a chart, graph, or diagram to show the estimated financial costs of your project to make the proposed changes to serve this population.
Conclusion: Conclude the presentation with a final statement calling for specific actions from community leaders.
