Chief executive officer (CEO) Beranger was impressed with your presentation to the board of directors last week regarding the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. She wants you to utilize your skills and knowledge to create an e-Health Code of Ethics that will guide all staff members in the use of e-Health data while simultaneously building trust among patients.
