Few change efforts are successful without the involvement of a powerful insider guiding the efforts. One way to learn important lessons is to listen to what these change agents have to say. Henry Demone offers insight into the successful turnaround at High Liner Foods Inc. Alex MacBeath, former Managing Partner with Grant Thornton LLP shares his ideas regarding the organizational alteration at the Canadian arm of this professional service firm. Finally, Pierre Lafontaine, the head coach of Canada's Olympic swim team explains how Swimming Canada set out to change itself following its poor performance at the Athens Olympic games.
