In 2020, 16.9% of the population was >65 and the average life expectancy was 78.93 years. These facts create challenges with mobility, hearing, vision, sensation ,safety for this aging population. It also impacts society on a greater level economically and socially. Research one peer-reviewed article from the CINAHL data base in the library.
