2. Bill works in a group with Arnold and Mindu at Truly Natural Shampoo. His group is responsible for the maintenance of the assembly line machinery. Bill has always taken a very safety-conscious approach to the work as the potential for injury is there. Lately, he has noticed that Arnold and Mindo have changed. They don't seem as interested in safety and in fact, Bill has caught them smoking marijuana in a corner of the yard.

a. What should Bill do? What are his responsibilities?

b. If it was the supervisor that caught Arnold and Mindo what should the supervisor have done? Why?

c. If nothing is done and accidents become more frequent, will worker's compensation premiums increase or decrease? Why?
