Report Application of Change Concepts and Theories to Your Individual Work Organization.

· Identify a major change which needs to be made in the organization.

· Apply any of the related theories and theoretical concepts covered in the lectures to the Change Process.

Instructions:
Your task is to demonstrate the "process" of change in your organization. This task will require a significant effort on your part. You will need to work independently, with minimum instruction to demonstrate competency in learning.
The task
You are to identify a major change, which needs to be made in your organization/business and provide the reasons for the change. You should apply any of the related theories and theoretical concepts covered in the lectures to the change process, suggest a model for the organization change, and make recommendations of the proposed change. The final output should be:
A report of 2500-3000 words.
1. Written in font size 12 Times New Roman and with 1.5 spacing between sentences as per the following format:
· Table of contents
· Introduction: Introduction should cover the overview of the organization chosen, overview of the problem, purpose of the report, a clear explanation of the problem and its context and include pertinent issues and constraints.
· Identification of the Change: Identification of a major change to be made in your organization, what is the significance of the problem? How is the current situation being effected in the absence of change? What is the change being proposed? What is the significance of the change? Discuss the reasons for the change.
· Applying theories and theoretical concepts: Select any appropriate theory/theoretical concepts which you may apply for the change process. Suggest a model for organizational change and make recommendations.
· Discussion: Synthesize the ideas into a clear and coherent discussion recapping all the pertinent aspects of your chosen problem and its solution.
