A Pew Research Center poll in 2010 asked a random sample of 200 adults about their attitudes and opinions concerning the US government. When asked whether or not they felt frustrated (in a yes/no question), 53% reported being frustrated with the government. Let p denote the population who are frustrated. Is there sufficient evidence to conclude respondents' opinions about the US government are not what would would observe by random chance?
