He mentions he has "decent energy," and feels distracted, and unable to make decisions much of the time. He was hospitalized once with major depression five years ago, and according to his history, at least a 10-year-period of depressed mood with insomnia, a fluctuating appetite, and a decreased ability to concentrate.
