My long-term goal while attending KEAN Online is to successfully adjust to virtual learning and make the most of the resources available for online students. Additionally, I aim to remain consistent with my education and avoid dropping out as I have in the past. Regarding my long-term goal after KEAN, I hope to continue my studies and pursue a master's degree if possible. Over time, I've noticed how the job market has shifted; in the past, a high school diploma was sufficient for "good" jobs, but now even entry-level positions often require a bachelor's degree. While I value education, I also believe that many jobs could be performed effectively with proper training. In this sense, it's frustrating that we are required to pay for an education and spend years completing a degree, when in many cases, job-specific training would suffice.
