When it came to managing meetings, our group was successful in hearing recommendations and making changes to work as needed, and providing summaries, or copies, of assignments to everyone in the group. According to Larson and Gray (2020), effective meetings should "identify an adjournment time" and "take time to review how effective previous meeting have been" (p. 402). As a team we did not do either, which caused us to run into some of the same issues that delayed completion of the work. If the team should be formed again, it should be recommended to have a team leader who can make sure everyone actively participates, review previous meetings, and set an end time (Larson and Gray, 2020).
