Question

While Steve Jobs was a successful entrepreneur, he did not display traits associated with an ethical leader. Above all else, ethical leaders show respect to their subordinates. Ethical leaders will not strive for success at the expense of others. I can definitely see how his personality makes him a successful leader and business man, but that does not necessarily equate to ethics. A person can be unethical and a great leader. What are your thoughts?
