I. S- Specific: what is the outcome? I will achieve this by acquiring the skill sets that is taught weekly; control my voice when speaking, network with other health administrators to gain knowledge of leadership.

III. A- Achievable: is your goal attainable? This goal is attainable if I reach out to other leader within the healthcare field, reading healthcare articles and asking questions if I do not understand their method.
