5 Child observation consent form -

5 consents for 5 different children to observe.

2 children from birth to 2 years old age group

3 children from 3 to 5 years old group OR 3 children from 2 to 3 years old age group.

Students must use different types of observation methods (Anecdotal, Running, Learning Story, Jotting, Time Sample, Narratives etc.) and should
5 Lesson Plans - based on observation reports

2 lesson plans from birth to 2 years old age group
3 lesson plans from 3 to 5 years old group OR 3 lesson plans from 2 to 3 years old age group.
