A Scenario:
You are the leader of your class group and you are going to make an important presentation early in the morning. It is quite late. You have prepared fully and you go to bed. But you can't sleep because the noisy neighbors are disturbing the peace again. their loud music pounds through your walls.
Music and noise are sure to keep you awake, and insomnia is hardly the ideal preparation for an important meeting in the morning.
You have had some minor arguments with these neighbors before, you have only lived in this building for 10 months and don't know too many other neighbors.
You really don't want to escalate the situation and get into conflict with your neighbors, so you decide to go there and talk to them.
