Study the motion of an object that is accelerated by the force of gravity. It also serves as an introduction to the data analysis capabilities of Capstone, and the calculation and graphing capabilities of Excel. To observe the relationship between the position, velocity and acceleration of a falling object, you will record the position of a bouncing ball over time and calculate the resulting velocity.
