Study the impact of changing the EpsAlpha coefficient on self-organization. The EpsAlpha coefficient controls the decreases of Alpha0 and Alpha1 coefficients in every iteration. Note that the smaller the coefficient, the faster the decrease of learning coefficients and the faster learning stabilizes.
