STUDY the effect of pooling servers (having multiple servers draw froma single queue, rather than each having its own queue) by comparing the performance measures for two M/M/1 queues, each with arrival rate A and service rate u to an M/M/2 queues with arrivsl rate 2A and service rate u for each server.

Compare an M/M/2 single queue for two servers vs two M/M/1 queues using the following scenario: Suppose there are two tellers at a bank. Assume arrival rate =2 and service rate =3 for the M/M/2 model.
