The study of consumer behaviours are ever-changing tastes so you might have seen many tasetes and fasions changing from your childhood to now.

In martketing, shat are the factors that influences people's opinions?

  1. How did the people decide that they needed those specific products or services? What made them choose the brand? Were opinion leaders involved in their decision?
  2. Give your opinion regarding the use and need for opinion leaders and word-of-mouth communication for marketing and businesses. 
  3. How do you think the consumers confidence on the brands they purchase mirrors the brands behavior?  Do you think social classes are ethical and plays a role on their purchases? 
  4. Flaunting money is seen as vulgar today, how do you think that affects the purchase of luxury products? People may belong to one social group and may want to belong to another, does it influence what they purchase?
