Now that you have selected a company, it is time to research and clearly identify the company's need. The next step in preparing your change management plan will be to create a well-researched, insightful presentation that outlines the need as well as your initial proposal for the change management plan. You will present this information to a group of the company's senior executives. Assuming you receive buy-in from these executives, you will then create a comprehensive and professional change management plan that will include your recommendations and ideas for effectively implementing the change within the company.

Prompt: For this milestone, you will identify and discuss the company you wish to study for the change management plan. Your company selection summary needs to include the following:
- An overview and the background of the selected company
- A summary of the identified reorganization or re-engineering need
- Outcomes or goals for the company

You will receive feedback on the draft of your company selection summary during the peer review in Module Two. You will also receive instructor feedback for this milestone. Integrate all feedback, as needed, into your final project.
