Study about crime rate in America. Your dataset for your proposal should have the following characteristics.

• 6-12 variables for regression
• At least 10-15 observations per variables minimum for regression
• The dataset should contain at least some continuous variables
• Each row in your dataset is an observation
• Each column is a variable
• No time series data-we didn't study techniques for dealing with that.
• You should have a reasonable expectation that the variables are related to each other.
• If you're doing ANOVA types studies, you should have at least 30 observations per treatment (i.e., level, category).

If you're doing a regression analysis what's an appropriate type of dataset? Perhaps you have a dataset that includes various personal metrics such as income, race, education, etc., and certain health outcomes. You could generate a model that relates these variables. Income, education, race, and various other indicators are known to influence things such as heart disease and diabetes. Those types of metrics are also believed to have an influence on certain behaviors such as smoking.
