Has history of incarceration, last time in 2014 for DUI.Reports she is a christian. Admits to smoking cigarrette. Her highest level of education is some college. Receives food stamps. GAD7 + , PHQ9 + and MDQ+. Denies SI/HI/AH/VH. Denied euphoric or elevated mood, impulsivity, flights of ideas, grandiosity, and increased energy. The patient denied psychotic symptoms.
