• Be able to provide an example of a situation in which the 'administration of justice can be brought into disrepute' (we discussed many examples during class).
3) Be able to explain what is meant by the term 'fruit of the poison tree.' (remember this refers to evidence that has been gathered unlawfully by the police and the negative result of Understand the Charter of Rights and Freedoms especially as it impacts policing. Make sure to know legal rights established in the Charter Understand when a Charter Breach may occur and what is the impact of a Charter breach on a criminal case, especially as it pertain to evidence.
