BHP became a dual-listed public company operating in mining, metals and petroleum with headquarter in Melbourne Australia after BHP merged with mining company Billion to form BHP Billion in 2001. Since then, the BHP Group Ltd (Australian registered) has primary listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and BHP Group Plc has a primary listing on London Stock Exchange (LSE). In August 2021, BHP has changed its dual listed company (DLC) structure shown as below.
