This video proved to me that communication is one of the strongest leadership qualities one must have and be able to obtain. This is because to become a well-rounded nurse, one must be able to explain situations as well as learn ways to communicate with patients and family members to understand the procedure or seriousness of an event. This video demonstrated co-workers communicating with each other to come up with solutions and with doctors to better understand "what to do next" . I strongly believe good leadership begins with having a good voice and knowing how to use it.
