Question: Charlie knows that nicotine is a very addictive and bad for his health, so he has decided to quit smoking. Charlie has changed is routine to avoid having strong cravings for cigarettes. This has worked well for Charlie. However, every time he sees a lighter, his cravings become very strong and he has difficulty resisting having a cigarette. Three weeks after he had quit, he saw a lighter and gave into the cravings.

When he began to smoke the cigarette, his stomach feels nauseated.
