In report at the end of your shift at 1900, the oncoming nurse states she's going to tell Nina she's on strict bedrest due to her orthostatic episode earlier today. She also states she'll be taking the infant to the nurse's station overnight, where she will feed and care for the infant. Her rationale is that Nina has become a fall risk and rest will prevent any further complications. Why is this a concern? Select all that apply. The infant should be taken to the NICU for assessment when not with the parents. This will interrupt bonding with the parents. Feeding formula can interrupt the infant's interest in breastfeeding.
