Mark is senior personal care worker who has been working in the aged care facility form last 15 years. Mark is very enthusiastic team worker with positive energy. He has been working in the dementia unit in the last 15 years. Mark has always been very polite and calm with all the residents. Family members and other coworkers always praise Mark for his leadership skills.

You are working with Mark from last 5 years. You always respect and get along very well with Mark. Recently you have noticed that Mark has been very anxious, agitated and restless while working on the shifts. Mark is not able to sleep properly and seems always tired. Mark verbally share with you that he is feeling that he had enough of working in the dementia care unit.
