Students are given a case study on areas related to organization development. Student have to choose a particular big or well-known organization especially based on Australian society for e.g. Coles, Woolworth, Aldi, MAC, KFC , K-mart etc.

Begin the assignment with the appropriate title or the strong topic related with the organization you chose.

Then start your introduction. Divide the introduction into three paragraph.

First paragraph: write about companies background , their profile, its establishment date , what program or business they brought, structure etc. etc.

Second paragraph: highlight the various problem faced by the organization by looking different sources even include the social media apps like facebook review about the organization then discuss about the one main problem that you are going to discuss. For e.g. employee involvement, stressfulness of the employee, bullying at the work place something like that.

Third paragraph: write about why is it difficult for the organization to solve the problem and various possible ways to solve the problem in brief.

Then comes body of the report.Body can be also split in three paragraph.

First paragraph: literature review, talking about the problem try to connect the problem with the factors. Make sure the factors are introduced and they are connected with the problem you chose. While introducing the factor bring one (at least one) organizational development theory in contemporary business settings. Display exceptional understanding of principles and theory or organizational development.

Second paragraph: talk about the SWOT analysis. Identify the internal and external factors that influence the process of organizational development and change. Display exceptional understanding of problem and challenges confronting the organization.

Third paragraph: must use one framework or model to connect the problem that you are going to highlight. Identify and critically assess the strategies organizations employ to affect change and development.

Last part: Recommendations and conclusion

Recommendation: around 3 to 4 good recommendation and logical explanation.

Conclusion: summarize the whole report.

Final part : references : include at least 8-9 journal articles , around 4 website and other soruces. Don't forget intext citation.

References: strictly follow Harvard referencing style.
