Note: Any of these models may also be used to analyse and evaluate the company’s strategies: TOWS matrix, Ansoff’s matrix, BCG Matrix, Market Attractiveness matrix, FSA/CSA matrix, Porter’s Diamond framework, Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions, etc. No appendixes attached.
