OBJECTIVE
The objective of this assignment is to develop student's knowledge in understanding and applying concepts in strategic management strategy.

Choose an organization [company] and prepare a simple case based on the following:

(a) Provide a simple introduction of the company.
(b) Analyze the goodness of the company vision. Is the vision statement clear, future, and market oriented?
(c) Analyze the goodness of the company mission statement. Is the mission statement fulfilling a characteristic of good mission statements?
(d) Identify the objectives of the company. Are all the objectives SMART = specific? Measurable? Attainable? Relevant? and Timely? Justify your judgment.

(b) Judge how fit the strategies with the company vision and mission.
(c) Judge how effective and efficient the strategies achieve the company's objectives.
(d) Explain the problems and limitation of the current vision, mission, and objectives.
