Capstone Project - Consumer Market
The capstone project is "Strategic Business Analysis: Developing a Plan for Growth." It requires you to assess an organization''s business strategy, leadership system, global prospects, code of conduct, and profitable growth opportunities with an ethical emphasis.
The capstone project will require you to construct a detailed and well-thought-out analysis of a real-world business that employs many of the business theories, concepts, and relevant strategic analysis tools studied in the MBA program.
This module, you will use and apply some of the concepts from Module 3 to the consumer market.
Continue to gather information about your selected business organization "company Name ASDA".
Write an analysis that includes the following:
1. What is the company's target market?
2. What is the company's customer profile?
3. Analyze the company's marketing with regards to the following: 1.Marketing goals, objectives, and strategies
2. Customer analysis
3. Marketing mix (4 P's)
4. The summary should be 3-4 pages in length (excluding title page, abstract, and references).
5. Support your statements with at least two peer-reviewed resources. Cite your sources in APA format.
