Client indicated that her son R, has been stimming by using food to cope or self-soothe. Client states she cannot wait for the Article 31 services to begin so that he can get the services he needs. Per client's request, CM contacted Ms. Neblett of Rising Ground for information on the intake for the Article 31 services. She was not available, therefore a voicemail message was left. Client stated she would inform me of any additional information received regarding the intake process. Before the end of our session, CM reminded client to send the information regarding the appointment on 11/18/2024. She acknowledged and thanked CM for the assistance and reminder.
