Erma L. is a 73 year old female. She is active for her age, and lives alone, still maintaining the family homestead. She is a familiar figure seen walking through the neighborhood at least two times each day. However, on one wintery morning, Erma slipped on an icy patch and fell hard onto the sidewalk.
