The following is data related to the establishment of new businesses in 2020. PT. SBI was founded in June 2020 which includes businesses that have been previously run by entrepreneurs (families), namely Mr. SO, Mr. RI, Mr. AD. Mr. SO previously worked in the fields of Publishing, printing, training, consulting; Mr. RI is engaged in tax and accounting services, while Mr. AD is engaged in real business. Then they agreed to set up a business under PT.SBI. Additional founders are Ms. NB who will develop a pharmacy and drugstore business as well as health equipment. The total paid-up capital is Rp. 500 million, - from the authorized capital of Rp. 2 billion, -.
