Steam enters an adiabatic turbine steadily at 4.5 MPa and 450°C at a rate of 10 kg/s and exits at 450 kPa and 150°C. If the environment is at 100 kPa and 25°C, calculate:

a. The exergy of the steam at the inlet and the exit conditions.

b. The actual and the maximum power outputs.
