A 72-year-old female is seen with interstitial pneumonitis. During the stay the patient has experienced hypoxemia, renal insufficiency, and steroid-induced diabetes mellitus. The patient has been taking steroids as prescribed for quite some time for her rheumatoid arthritis. The patient is having episodes of hematochezia at home due to hemorrhoids. Last night, the patient experienced larger volumes of bright red blood per rectum. The patient reports having a colonoscopy about 2 years ago which showed diverticulosis and hemorrhoids. Final diagnosis: Hematochezia, interstitial pneumonitis, steroid-induced diabetes mellitus, chronic renal insufficiency. How would this encounter be coded?
